This is an introduction to the healing process through planned, focused journaling. It begins with determining the factors surrounding your pain, disappointment or fear… and then channeling that emotion into planned journal entries. Throughout the process, moments of clarity and self-discovery are obtained and noted. The end-result is a more relaxed view of yourself, your situation… and a renewed energy and hope for the future! *The first 1-hour session is scheduled now. Future appointments are determined at the end of each session.
