ABOUT Me…
I am simply an ordinary woman, with extraordinary attributes. I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a manager, a colleague and a friend. Just as hard-working as the majority of women today, with a litany of sub-roles… I am also a professional, a problem-solver, a housekeeper, a fixer, a cook, a nurse, a driver, a therapist, a plumber, a tutor, a mechanic, a counselor, a gardener… the list is endless.
For purposes here, I am a certified professional life coach, personal development coach, career coach, spiritual coach and motivational speaker. My philosophy is to motivate, empower and strategize to assist women to feel better about themselves, create their purpose and set the course to achieve their goals.
WHY Me…
With over 20 years working as a healthcare business professional, with experience in both the hospital and community-based sectors, I have led both clinical and administrative teams across the healthcare continuum. As a wife and mother-of-two, I have also navigated through various challenges and setbacks that take a toll on the physical and mental well-being of many women today.
Educationally, I have received Certification as a Professional Life Coach (CPLC), a Masters (MBA) in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelors (BS) in Community Health, and a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
As the founder and owner of Tiaras and Lipstick, LLC, it is both this professional and personal life experience that I bring to my coaching career, motivational speaking, podcasting and writing… helping women realize their full potential and establish more fulfilled and happier lives.
I offer no smoke and mirrors, no unrealistic promises… no sugar coating… no lies. Tiaras and Lipstick is about truth, self-awareness, self-care, self-motivation… all leading to a better tomorrow. It’s the real, the practical, the grown & sexy, and everything in between.
