Kamara Barnes is Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), motivational speaker and podcaster, with over 15 years of experience focused on the personal and professional development of women. She is a subject matter expert in mindfulness, building self-confidence, practicing self-love, creating purpose, goal-setting and finding contentment.
With over 20 years of working as a healthcare business professional in both hospital and community-based sectors, Kamara has successfully led both clinical and administrative teams across the entire healthcare continuum. She also holds a Masters (MBA) in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelors (BS) in Community Health, and a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
As a professional and mother-of-two, Kamara has also navigated through the various challenges and setbacks that take a toll on the physical and mental well-being of many women today. It is both this professional and personal life experience that Kamara brings to her coaching and speaking career, sharing her own transformation, and creating impactful and long-lasting results in the lives of her clients and audiences.
As the founder and owner of Tiaras and Lipstick, LLC, Kamara has created personal coaching programs focused on the development of women and designed to transform lives. Her overall goal is to motivate, support, heal and encourage women to know their worth, love themselves and live out their best lives.
